Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province released “The list of suppliers of intelligent factories, intelligent manufacturing scenarios, digital workshops and intelligent manufacturing system of Shandong Province in 2022”. OBTC’s “intelligent production and manufacturing factory of digital fasteners ” was selected as the intelligent factory.

The construction of smart factories is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the “14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development” and “Shandong Province’s 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a Strong Manufacturing Province”, and to carry out multi-scenario, full-chain, and multi-level application demonstrations to help the digital,  and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

With the goal of information and physical integration, the intelligent factory of OBTC fully combines the characteristics of multi variety and small batch production of aerospace high-end fasteners, applies the latest management concepts and intelligent computing technologies to the production and operation of enterprises, and gradually builds a discrete intelligent factory with deep integration of modern industrialization and informatization.

This selection is a fully recognition of the construction concept and practical achievements of OBTC’s intelligent factory. In future, the company will adhere to the goal of “equipment interconnection, digital sharing, system linking and business integration”, continue to promote the OBTC’s product quality and service assurance capability, and strive to provide experience for aerospace intelligent construction.
